1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pkr38 website located at https://pkr38.cam and all associated pages, features, content and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pkr38 ("pkr38", "we", "us" or "our").

pkr38 is an informational and educational platform. We are not a licensed gambling operator in Pakistan and we do not process bets, deposits or withdrawals on behalf of users. • Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law, regulation or ordinance, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan).

Any breach of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Platform and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

7Bonuses & Promotions

9KYC & Verification

11Limitation of Liability

• Any financial loss or harm arising from decisions made on the basis of Content on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses, disputes or outcomes involving third-party operators;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.

12Responsible Gambling

pkr38 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. This Platform does not target minors, persons with gambling disorders or individuals for whom gambling may be harmful. We consistently encourage users to:

13Termination

pkr38 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or conduct that pkr38 determines, in its sole judgment, to be harmful to the Platform, its users or third parties.

Upon termination of your access, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law) — shall survive termination.

14Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr38 is incorporated or registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this clause prevents pkr38 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

15Amendments

pkr38 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Where changes are material, pkr38 may — at its discretion — provide additional notice via an on-site banner or notification. However, the absence of such notice does not affect the validity of the revised Terms.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
